      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            MO Group for Collections will be ‘locked’ and not freeform
           &#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Values in the ‘Collections’ attribute will be copied over to MO Group. The 2 attributes will reflect the same values, but only ‘Collections’ will be utilized going forward to identify Collections
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Action Needed: Tech Intervention for Collections
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;

            For any tool that has MO Group, Collections will need to be added to that tool. It will not automatically show up without Tech intervention to add to existing tools

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Collections is a new governed attribute. It will be replacing MO Group which is currently ungoverned and inconsistent in the information reflected

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           the planned Move to Sport Phase 3 efforts scheduled for March 23rd. This decision was made to mitigate risk due to a small number of outstanding readiness gaps.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           What this means:
